These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Rhino Plumbing DIY Membership Program (“Membership”) offered by Rhino Plumbing & Construction (“Rhino Plumbing,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By purchasing, enrolling in, or using a Membership, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Membership Services
The Rhino Plumbing DIY Membership provides members with access to virtual plumbing support services, which may include:
    •    Video consultations with a licensed plumber
    •    Plumbing troubleshooting assistance
    •    DIY plumbing guidance and instruction
    •    Product recommendations and installation support
    •    General plumbing education and maintenance advice
    •    Priority booking access, where applicable
    •    Access to member-exclusive resources and support
All services are provided remotely through video conferencing, telephone, email, or other approved communication methods.

2. No On-Site Services Included
Membership fees cover virtual support services only.
Membership does not include:
    •    On-site plumbing visits
    •    Emergency plumbing services
    •    Plumbing repairs performed by Rhino Plumbing staff
    •    Parts, fixtures, tools, equipment, or materials
    •    Permit applications or inspections
    •    Any services not expressly included within the Membership program
Additional fees may apply for services outside the scope of the Membership.

3. Member Responsibility
Members acknowledge and agree that:
    •    Rhino Plumbing provides guidance, education, and troubleshooting support only.
    •    All plumbing work is performed by the member or a third party at the member’s direction.
    •    Members are responsible for determining whether they possess the necessary skills, knowledge, tools, and physical ability to safely complete any plumbing task.
    •    Members are solely responsible for following all applicable building codes, manufacturer instructions, safety requirements, and municipal regulations.
    •    Members assume all risks associated with performing plumbing work based on guidance received through the Membership.

4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rhino Plumbing & Construction shall not be liable for:
    •    Property damage
    •    Water damage
    •    Personal injury
    •    Mold growth
    •    Loss of use
    •    Code violations
    •    Improper installations
    •    Equipment failure
    •    Damage resulting from following or attempting to follow virtual guidance
    •    Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of Membership services
The member accepts full responsibility for any actions taken based on information provided during virtual consultations.
Rhino Plumbing’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the member during the current Membership billing period.

5. Emergency Situations
The Membership is not intended for emergency plumbing situations.
If a member experiences:
    •    Active flooding
    •    Sewer backups
    •    Gas leaks
    •    Major water leaks
    •    Structural damage
    •    Any immediate safety hazard
The member must immediately contact emergency services or an appropriately qualified on-site professional.

6. Appointment Scheduling
Appointments must be scheduled through Rhino Plumbing’s approved booking platform.
Missed appointments, no-shows, or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be forfeited and are not eligible for refund, credit, or rescheduling.

7. Membership Fees and Billing
Membership fees are billed according to the plan selected by the member.
By enrolling in the Membership Program, the member authorizes Rhino Plumbing & Construction to charge the payment method provided on a recurring basis for all applicable Membership fees.
Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
Rhino Plumbing reserves the right to change Membership pricing at any time upon providing thirty (30) days’ notice to active members.
Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of Membership benefits.

8. Membership Term, Automatic Renewal and Cancellation
The Rhino Plumbing DIY Membership operates on a recurring subscription basis.
Membership subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period and will continue until cancelled in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Members may cancel their Membership at any time by providing written notice to Rhino Plumbing & Construction. However, a minimum of sixty (60) days written notice is required for cancellation.
Membership fees will continue to be charged during the 60-day notice period, and members will continue to have access to Membership benefits during that time.
No refunds, partial refunds, prorated refunds, or credits will be provided for:
    •    Unused Membership time
    •    Unused consultations
    •    Unused Membership benefits
    •    Early cancellation requests
Failure to provide the required 60-day written notice will result in Membership charges continuing until the notice requirement has been fulfilled.

9. Recording of Consultations
Rhino Plumbing may record virtual consultations for quality assurance, training, documentation, dispute resolution, and liability purposes.
By participating in a consultation, members consent to such recordings.

10. Code Compliance and Permits
Building codes, permit requirements, and municipal regulations vary by jurisdiction.
Rhino Plumbing does not guarantee that any project discussed during a consultation complies with local codes or permitting requirements.
Members are solely responsible for verifying compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, permits, inspections, and code requirements before commencing any work.

11. Membership Suspension or Termination
Rhino Plumbing reserves the right to suspend or terminate Membership without refund if a member:
    •    Abuses or harasses staff
    •    Uses services fraudulently
    •    Shares Membership access with non-members
    •    Misrepresents information during consultations
    •    Violates these Terms and Conditions
Termination of Membership does not waive any outstanding payment obligations.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Rhino Plumbing & Construction reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updated Terms and Conditions shall become effective immediately upon posting or distribution to members.
Continued participation in the Membership Program constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms and Conditions.

13. Acknowledgement and Assumption of Risk
By purchasing, enrolling in, or using a Rhino Plumbing DIY Membership, the member acknowledges and agrees that:
I understand that Rhino Plumbing & Construction provides virtual guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and educational support only. I acknowledge that Rhino Plumbing does not perform physical plumbing work through the Membership Program. I accept full responsibility for any plumbing work I choose to undertake and for any resulting damages, injuries, losses, code violations, expenses, or claims arising from my actions or decisions. I understand that all work completed based on information provided through the Membership Program is performed at my own risk.
